What our warranty covers:
Our warranty covers the item you purchased from manufacturer defects. We guarantee that all warranted products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. It will meet or exceed the specifications indicated on the product�s description.
What our warranty does not cover:
Our warranty is limited to manufacturer defects. Our standard warranty covers the purchased component and does not include loss of use, loss of data, or any other incidental losses. Complogics is not responsible for any damages to your device due to improper installation or events such as drops, water spills, and other kinds of accidental damage. Failures due to modification, misuse, on conditions of storage are also not covered. Our liability is limited to the amount charged for our products and shall not include costs of labor or other special or consequential damages.
What to do if you need to make a claim:
If you believe that you have received a defective component or you desire to return an item for whatever reason, please contact [email protected] for a RMA number. Items returned under warranty as defective will be tested and inspected. An item returned for reasons other than manufacturer defects must be in the same condition and packaging as originally sent. You will be responsible for paying return shipping charges unless the purchase component is dead-on-arrival or we made a mistake in fulfilling your order. If either a used or new non-OEM item covered under warranty is returned within 30 days, you will receive reimbursement in your original payment form (credit card, PayPal, etc.) Otherwise, items covered under the 12 month warranty are only eligible to be exchanged.
Policy for international customers:
Our international customers (orders shipped to destinations outside of the continental U.S. and territories) are only eligible for store credit due to the expense associated with international shipments.
